PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY – USING CORRECT COPYRIGHT IS REQUIRED BY THIS LICENSE AND IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THIS TOU I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR LICENSE.
The following is Scotwolf Designz Terms of Use (TOU), for use with Scotwolf Designz Licence Numbers. If you exchange your licence at Mistaken Art then their TOU must be followed. All signature tag and stationery makers are advised that these terms are strictly enforced. When creating tags, stationary, websets etc with any Scotwolf Designz photo please refer to these Terms of Use.
1. No photo may exceed 72 dpi (dots per inch) or ppi (pixels per inch).
2. No photo may exceed inches (17.78 cm – 504 ppi (199 pixels per cm)) on its longest side.
3. No photo may be sold or bartered or used for profit or “break-even” endeavours in any way.
4. All photos must have a copyright symbol (©), my name, website url, plus your License # clearly legible (this may be placed within 1 cm from the image in a border or blank canvas around your tag). When placing your credit on the tag you can place “tubed, tagged, sig by, etc” or your watermark but you CANNOT place a © symbol next to your name.
When using my photography, you must display copyright information like this:

5. You may use my photography with any FTU artist that allows it or any of the following PTU artists if you hold a licence for them.

When combining any of Barbara Jensen – Pat Carlucci – Darrell O’Riley or Craig Wentworth‘s art and my photography you must display copyright information like this:

6. You MAY NOT “mix” my photography with your personal photography, with stock photography or with any other photographers from other licensing companies.
7. The integrity of photos may be modified. You may use partials of various photos on your tag. Borders, lettering, names, masks etc. may be added. You may also animate, add sparkles, etc. to enhance the main photo. You may also colourize or desaturate (grey scale) the photo.
8. Websets, calendars and desktop backgrounds & banners are allowed. Appropriate © including licence number must be given in the credits. Group Banners MAY contain your group URL as long as all other copyright credits are present as outlined in term #4
9. You MAY tube parts of my photography yourself (you MAY NOT have another individual tube photos for you) as long as all other copyright credits are present as outlined in term #4.
10. All illegal use of Jacqui Healy photos should be reported to us via the Contact Us page.
11. You may create tutorials using my photography however you must very clearly state on the page that persons following the tutorial must not use the same images in the tutorial unless they have the appropriate license to do so.
12. My photography may not be used in any commercial endeavour. To find out about commercially licensing images, please contact Jacqui Healy at Commercial@scotwolfdesignz.co.uk
13. Snag tags are permitted. Blank tags are NOT permitted.
14. You MAY NOT print any images, tubes or creations made from my photography. The photography provided by Scotwolf Designz is FOR ONLINE USE ONLY.
15. Sharing of photos or tubes in packages (or complete packages) is absolutely NOT permitted. Photos also MAY NOT be “file-Shared”. This includes distribution through any electronic or digital means. Failure to comply with this could result in the forfeit of your license # and the usage of purchased photos.
16. You may not share your license number with anyone.
17. You must keep us updated of changes in your address and emails etc
